"Ace, whatchya doin` out here? it`s raining" Private Rez says to me
"... huh?... oh... just thinking, I mean, my brothers been turned into a Dragon, and they`re giving me the choice of whether to keep him or.... pull the plug on him." I say sadly.
"They`re doing WHAT?! they want you to decide your brothers life?... well, you should, it would be better then some random that would say 'pull the plug' on him when he still has control!" he says to me in a cocky way.
"yeah, your right, and they`re not gonna kill him. I mean, when he changed he literally became a BABY version of the Drake, just not... Like them." I reply.
I walk off with Rez by my side, he looks at me strangely
"... what?"
"... did you grow taller? because when I saw you in the battle you weren`t that tall!"
"yeah... I think I did, I`m gonna go to med bay to talk to Doc Cherry."
"well' cya, I`ve gotta get back to my post!" he yells as he runs off to perform guard duty.
I head to the med bay and go inside Doc Cherry is in there, he`s working on something... I much larger Battlesuit.
"oh, hello, Ace.... woah, the Drake Growth hormo..." he says to me plainly.
"were you going to say HORMONE? how much did you change me?!" I yell
"oh... alot. you`d grow wings if it weren`t for the armor, and you skin should`ve changed to scales by now..." Doc Cherry says to me with a deep smile
"Scales? your kidding?!"
"no, I`m not, you would have scales" he yells sharply
"oh, and you would`ve SHRUNK if not for the growth hormones"
"I would`ve shrunk? serious?"
"yes, and were turning that effect into a weapon to use against the Drakes. but so far it can only affect human DNA, and shrink them"
"your making a shrink ray? that sounds so corny."
"it does, but it`s true, were also making a portal that allows YOU and only YOU to run the Sea of Time."
"Sea of Time? whats that?"
"it allows you to make small jumps through time, but only backwards" he says loudly and happily
"wow... but whats with the big suit?"
"well, thats for you, some missions you`ll need more Firepower... and this will have it, and it`ll carry an emergency, single use, Ion Cannon, Chain guns, Lasers... Vulcan Cannons... all the firepower of a Battle Cruiser!"
"NO WAY! A BATTLE CRUISER?!"
"yes and with more armor"
"ooohhhh! you gotta let me test it out sometime!"
"we will, but.... one problem, you have to be out of your suit and if you get out... you`ll grow wings."
"oh my god... make a suit interface!"
"an inter-what?" he replies
"... I`ll do it."
I grab a bunch of microchips and tools, as well as sheets of metal and schematics, and wires, as I start working, I work quickly and quitely, it takes me three days of no sleeping, but I complete and put it into the Mech Suit, then activate it, I get into it and try out the Interface, it works to the final detail.
"there."
"A suit interfacing system?... OH! I remember, why didn`t I think of that?"
"because your stupid" I taunt
he growls at me suddenly, in a human way.
"everything seems so small when I`m in this suit."
"You are up very high, oh, by the way, have you watched the Alien Movie?"
"yeah, when I was a kid, it was cool"
"well, guess what, weve made a new suit attachment, it`s like a Mechanical Tail, and is a weapon!"
"Let me guess.... it looks like there long tails?"
"yes. we`ll install it later, you can leave you suit in the Mechsuit so you won`t... you know, get wings"
